As a result, the money they save up ends up being used to pay medical bills, to have someone take care of them in an institution, to have their diapers changed, and to be spoon-fed their meals, etc.

Building muscle and strength keeps the body young, robust, supple, and it keeps the mind and nervous system sharp–allowing you to enjoy your golden years and live life to the fullest! Strength training will allow you to play with your grandchildren during “old age”, instead of having them take care of you and push you around in a wheel chair.
