Lifting Weights Makes Women Too Bulky

On July 11, 2013 by Physical Culturist

There are countless benefits of strength training for women including: improved body composition, toned butt muscles and overall sexier physique, decreased risk of diseases and injury, and more!

Women have been brought up to believe that lifting weights will make them too big. This is simply untrue as women do not have the necessary hormones to develop huge amounts of muscle mass. Women who lift weights don’t get bulkier unless they deliberately do so with the use of “supplements”.

Too often do I see women in the gym with so much potential for beautiful physiques. Too often do I see these women waste their time and potential doing endless hours of cardio. I just wish they could get the message! — that lifting weights will make them sexier, stronger, and healthier!

Train like a Man, Look Like a Goddess! What are you waiting for ladies? – go lift some heavy stuff!
