NEWS: Osteoporosis Sufferers in Queensland Are Weight Training To Prevent Bone Fractures

In a world-first trial, Brisbane scientists have found weight training can prevent bone fractures in people suffering from osteoporosis. Lexy Hamilton-Smith reports.
